No rush, no cram-packed agenda. Instead, we slow down, soak in where we are, and create meaningful work together. Day by day.
We want this experience to be for the right person. The select 8. It's not about picking and choosing but feeling it in your gut. And if you do, apply.
This experience was made for that person
You want more than pretty photos. You want work that lights you up. Clear direction that aligns with your vision. A reminder of why you started all this.
and you are after something more
You’ve poured yourself into clients, content, and an endless to-do list… and somewhere along the way, you got lost.
you're ready to re fill your creativity cup
Maybe it’s more than just creativity, maybe your whole business feels a bit in limbo.
I spent years watching others travel the world while my own “maybe someday” list collected dust. I thought travel was for the lucky ones. Spoiler: it’s not.
I just stopped waiting for permission. Now I’m inviting you to do the same.
You’ve imagined shooting in places like this (cough, Iceland). But travel nerves, logistics, and “what ifs” keep holding you back.
Let’s change that. This is your year to say yes. To actually go.
To what? To yourself. To finally saying yes to the dreams, places, and goals that have been tugging at you. Because sometimes, we just need someone to say yes, it’s okay to want more. Yes, it’s okay to be selfish. And yes, you are meant for more than you’ve let yourself believe.
Break free from repetitive sessions.
Elevate your work with images that align with where you are going.
Attract more elopement & destination clients.
Photograph in freaking Iceland minus the actual planning part.
We’ll start in the stunning Highlands (check out the photos below of one of our stays!). Then, we’ll head to the amazing landscapes of Southern Iceland, where we’ll stay in Vik. We’ll have a full day in between to really take it all in and slow down. Plus, both stays include breakfast to kick off each day.
Recharge or unwind at the Highland Baths in Kerlingarfjöll during our first stay. This is a must-do! Just don’t forget your swimsuit!
With only 8 spots available, we keep it personal, focused, and supportive. This journey is about your growth and creativity, not just checking off a list of shots.
Each one carefully planned to help you build a cinematic, destination portfolio.
Locations include:
Kerlingarfjöll (Highlands)
Dyrhólaey Cliffs
Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach
Diamond Beach & Glacier Lagoon
Skógafoss Waterfall
2 nights at Highland Base Kerlingarfjöll. Cozy lodging surrounded by geothermal hot springs and insane mountain scenery.
5 nights in Vík. A charming village with easy access to Iceland’s famous southern coast locations.
Full breakfasts provided daily so you can start each day fueled and ready to create.
Our group is intentionally small. Only 8 spots. Instead of being lost in a crowd of 14-15, you’ll feel heard, cared for, and truly part of the experience with everyone.
Hop on a boat and glide through the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, getting up close to the stunning floating icebergs.
A month before the workshop, we’ll jump on a Zoom call to cover everything you need to know. What to pack, travel logistics, Iceland essentials, and tips to keep things smooth.
Breakfast is covered every morning to get you going. For lunch and dinner, you’re free to grab whatever sounds good or try out some local favorites. It’s all about giving you the freedom to eat how and where you want.
Our Iceland workshop offers both hands-on and hands-off learning options to suit your style. Once all tickets are filled, we’ll send out a poll to hear about your main pain points, allowing us to customize the education to focus on what you need most. This way, the workshop will be as useful and relevant as possible for you.
We want these events to be all about you, with tons of care put into every detail.
With just 8 spots and an application process, we’re focused on giving you the best experience possible. We can't wait to have you join us!
The Highland Baths at Kerlingarfjöll are all yours to enjoy at no extra cost. After a day of exploring, sink into the warm, geothermally heated pools, surrounded by mountains and quiet. Just show up, soak, and unwind.
did i mention hot springs baths are included in your stay? win.
We start at Highland Base Kerlingarfjöll (big word, I know lol). But think rugged mountains, hot springs, and space to recharge. We take it slow: breakfast together and our first styled elopement shoot at this location.
We begin it at the Highland Base Kerlingarfjöll
All shoots are elopement styled and will be taking place at these specific locations:
Dyrhólaey Cliffs, Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, Diamond Beach, Glacier Lagoon and the Skógafoss Waterfall.
where we are photographing in southern iceland
After two nights in the Highlands, we hit the road toward Southern Iceland, stopping at stunning spots along the way to soak in everything Iceland offers. No shoots just time to actually soak in where we are.
Then we all Travel to the Southern side of Iceland
We’ll wrap with something special; a Glacier Lagoon boat tour through drifting icebergs (nuts, I know). The kind of moment that makes it all sink in. Not just shoots. Not just education. An experience you won’t forget.
final day. end with a glacier lagoon tour experience
Throughout the workshop, education will be thoughtfully integrated not just surface-level, but support that speaks directly to the areas where you’re looking to grow. There will be a poll that goes out to learn more about where you are at.
education weaved throughout the workshop
Yes! We’re doing something a bit different this year. In Iceland, we want the experience to feel complete; giving you plenty of time to breathe and relax between locations. So yes, there’s lots of time to take it all in.
Will there be downtime?
We keep it intimate with only 8 attendees to ensure personalized attention, meaningful connections, and space for everyone’s creative voice.
How many people will be in the group?
You’ll share a bed with another attendee at both the Highlands and Vík stays. In the Highlands, you’ll have your own lodge (2 people per), and in Vík, the accommodation will be apartment-style, with 4-6 attendees per apartment.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Fly into Keflavík International Airport (KEF). It’s about a 4-hour scenic drive to our Highland base. We recommend arriving at least 48 hours before the workshop starts to rest, adjust, and explore.
What airport should I fly into?
You should have a solid understanding of your camera’s basics (aperture, shutter speed, ISO) and be comfortable shooting with a group of photographers.
What skill level do I need?
Absolutely! This experience is designed for anyone passionate about storytelling and eager to grow; whether you shoot full-time or part-time.
Is this workshop right for me if I’m not a full-time photographer?
Applications open on August 18! Just make sure you are on the email list by signing up below. Applications will be sent out and reviewed within 24-48 hours.
When do applications open for sign ups?
We’ll go over more details in our pre-zoom call, but in general, bring your favorite camera, lenses, tripod, extra batteries, and weather-ready gear for Iceland’s unpredictable weather.
What gear should I bring?
Breakfasts are provided by our accommodations, and there will be plenty of options. For lunch and dinner, you’re free to explore on your own, as those aren’t included in the ticket price. Transportation is also on your own!
How does food and transportation work?
Our first Iceland workshop sold out in just days, so we’re excited to offer one more week: August 12–18. Same incredible experience, just one more time. With only 8 spots available, apply to join us below!
