Having a Bonneville Salt Flats Wedding is the dream. It is the Pinterest Worthy place with so many people flying in to make their dreams into a reality. The Salt Flats is exactly what it sounds like, Salt. Tons of it. Makes sense since it’s right outside of Salt Lake City, UT! This place feels like you are on a different planet and you won’t ever want to leave once getting there. The Salt Flats are open all year and people come from all over the world to visit! The Flats are seemingly endless, spanning a whopping 300,000 acres filled with Salt. The Bonneville Salt Flats is somewhere you would want to visit regardless of getting married there (but getting married is a BIG PLUS). See more from their special day below.

What to Know About the Flats

Dustin and Ashley emailed me after finding me on Pinterest and were so exited about getting married at the Salt Flats. I booked them in so quick and began planning what turned into all of this. Ashley and Dustin had never been to the Flats before and didn’t know what to expect past what Google was telling them. In came Stephanie. I have ventured to the Bonneville Salt Flats countless times and have learned all about the best time of year to visit, the best time of day for good lighting, amazing vendors in the area, and all the places to go around Downtown Salt Lake City.

Choosing to get married at the Salt Flats is a no brainer. If you love the white/sleek modern look and that crystalized ground, look no futher.
